Seasonal Work Day Instructions
- Spring work day - mid May
- Fall work day - mid Oct, (2nd week Nov all leaves are down & scouts can be contacted to rake)
- Put articles in “Spirit” and Sunday bulletins prior to work day
- Put sign up sheet in connecting link
- E-mail - all church members to remind them of work day
- Check with church costodian for extra jobs that may be needed
- Chuck Rasmussen & Lou Rabe have power blowers
- Baby sitter list; $5 per
- Call Rick Pohl to prepare lunch
- Fertilizer - check with John Delware -
- Name tags - have out on work day
- Buy paint for parking stripes, if needed. There is a narrow roller w long handle in maintenance room
- Need window cleaning supplies out from janitors closet including Simple Green which can be mixed for window cleaner
- Need half dozen plastic buckets for cleaning
- Ask Lou Rabe to bring his Snapper rider to pick up leaves, Fall
- Send thank you Spirit article & note to people who provided special help
